Arrived at the airport to be told we could not be picked up. Should have received a cancellation email which we had not. Had to pay 250 to stay on the double tree hotel car park. Noo e answers the phone sono help available. We booked through skypark which is part of this company. Do not use....

one star is tooooooo much for them. the worst service in the world. after flight back they didnt know how open my car so they decide drop me to my car in....Bradford.10 miles away from airport and i have to drive back to home another 15miles, rubish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quite a turbulent flight home with a scary landing….. landing at 06.40 we then fly through immigration and then wait just over 1/2 hour for luggage, whilst
collecting said luggage calling our car company to meet us with truck for them not to answer. 2 hours later, still no answer, and another hour goes by
and still no answer and his mail box is full... 2 other customers are in same position. We decided to get a cab home so walked to the taxi rank, fight to
get a fare as nobody wanted to bring us home.. literally as we start to pull off, we get a call to say car will be with us. So stop taxi and pay him a £10 for
his trouble of moving 6 inches. Go back to the car park to wait again.…. it's now 11.30 and we throw the towel in and finally pay £125 for taxi home. We get a phone call from one of the guys we stated talking to and his car was stolen and used for joyriding and was in a police pound which is why he couldn't get his car. At 5.30 this evening we get a call to say our car is in
chertsey and they would deliver it... I said no as we could be ransacked within a few day so agreed to meet in a dodgy car park near Heathrow. Truck in our hands at last, 23 miles have been put on it and an employee deleted our phone and added theirs instead, so we believe our truck was used for dropping off and collecting others. Most of the warning lights are now on and it doesn’t drive properly.

Do not use Airport Parking Global Service, Universal Terminal, White Lines
Do not use this company or the so called parking providers it is associated with. Universal terminal Ltd or White Lines. They are a total scam. I booked them through the email Holiday Extras.com. Our car was basically stolen, driven around London while we were away. When we returned the phone numbers provided by them went to voicemail and if you did get through to Airport Parking they would only give you the same numbers for Universal Terminal and just hang up. Or call you back on an unknown/withheld phone number making some false promise that does not materialise. After many hours trying we had to get the train home. Car was reported stolen then eventually found by the police two days later with damage to the wheels, missing key and an empty fuel tank. Also a bunch of parking and speeding tickets to sort! This episode will cost me £2000!! DO NOT USE anything other than the official Heathrow meet and greet service. If you have this problem report it to the police straight away, they were awesome throughout and without them I’d still be without a car!

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave zero or negative stars for this company.
They were a no show on our booking at 4:00 am on 22 December at Heathrow, ultimately leaving me over two hundred pounds out of pocket, on top of what I had already paid.
We booked via a 3rd party so were unware of this "company's" reputation. Stay WELL AWAY.

This company is an absolute scam!
This company is an absolute scam!! When they greeted us, some guy took the keys and left. No paperwork - nothing. When we went to collect the car, called a thousand times and nobody picked up. They had the audacity to say they have 'misplaced my car' and 'maybe it has been parked in these 3 locations, a hotel, supermarket, industrial estate'.
It's complete lies! They left my family and grandchild stranded at 11pm in the evening.
Save yourself the trouble, the theft and worry and book a reputatable company or get public transport.

Phoned 24 times, their inbox was full so they couldn’t receive any more calls, on last attempt the phone number was no longer available. Luckily we found very helpful staff at meet and greet in short stay car park who were able to assist. Had to pay more charges but staff were brill.

Meet and don't greet
If I could give this company -10 stars it still would not be enough. No one there to greet us had to ring 4 times to find out what was going on. On arriving back we had to wait 25mins for the car to arrive. The car looked like it had been on the Dakar rally mud everywhere avoid at all cost. Meet and greet what a joke.

Read the small print you will be charged extra for 'parking'
Read the small print, we were charged an additional £9.50 on drop off and £9.50 again for collection for 'parking' on top of the £60 already paid for meet and greet parking 4 days at Luton Airport. Go with another company, these guys are hustlers.

Please please avoid using this company
Please please avoid using this company. They scratched an alloy on our 4 month old car on the way into the car park (the dust was still on the wheel) and have repeatedly ignored us. I eventually got a terribly worded response with a copy and paste of the terms and conditions saying they’re not liable for wheel damage. Absolutely shocking customer service. It took 9 emails and numerous phone calls to get this response. Please do not use them!

Disgusting scammers
Disgusting, the poorest “service” I have ever met! 2.5 hours before my flight’s depart I got the message stating that they were unable to accept my car due to “numerous flight cancellation”! I almost was late and this caused me a lot of extra cost and stress! So far no refund and compensation has been received! NEVER USE THIS SCAMMERS!

Oh why oh why didn't I read other's reviews before using this company!!! PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!. They scratched my car whilst in their "care" and they are impossible to get hold of. I have emailed & phoned numerous times but they never respond. I spoke to someone at Bristol Airport who confirmed that these guys are nothing to do with the airport and that they operate independently - although they make you believe they are an official company. DO NOT USE!!!!
